Since inception, WACIF has funded 191 loans totaling $14.4 million, resulting in
- the development and/ or preservation of more than 1,454 units of affordable housing
- the development and/ or preservation of more than 21 community based facilities, and
liassistance to more than 50 small businesses, creating more than 265 full and part time jobs in throughtout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
