Welcome to the Washington Area Community Investment Fund, Inc (WACIF- pronounced "WAKE IF"). We are a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) community development financial institution (CDFI) dedicated to providing loans and technical assistance for community and economic development.
Our current programs include:
